We are an all ladies Mardi Gras krewe located in Baton Rouge, LA.  We are a group of 100 women who love Mardi Gras.

There are many events that occur throughout the year, but the main event is our annual Mardi Gras ball which focuses on a tableau that presents the royal court for that year.  This court includes the ball captain, king, queen, pages to the king and queen (2-4 children for each), and usually six maids and six dukes.  The ball captain for the year chooses her theme and the decorations, costumes, and dance numbers are centered around that theme.

Ever since its beginning in 1961, the Krewe of Iduna is managed each year by a board of directors whose ball captain is in charge of the annual festivities.
